Pros
- Dynamic work culture, technically diverse and rewarding - Talented peers and a lot to learn from them - Great opportunities to diversify career with variety of products and technologies - Management very considerate and compassionate - Benefits are better than even some FAANG companies
Cons
However for those who need Immigration support, all the good work is undone here. The internal HR are good and understanding, but the immigration firm is incompetent. They seem to mismanage simple immigration processes and on top of it do not communicate well. Overall, I would reconsider competetiors if you need critical processes like PERM/i140 done. The immigration support is not upto industry standards.
