Don't really recommend for starters - Quality Engineer Marvell Technology Employee Review

Bad management, relatively older employees who own the process and don't empower the younger generation because they are afraid of them taking their place, no operation procedure documentation instead everyone is working on a project either they know the process because they worked there for long time (15-20 years) or tell you the working process(word of mouth) then you get in trouble because what you were told is wrong. Salary is low. If you're not white your are not right unless you're Listen--> Do type of person and don't recommend or try to improve. Finally, some managers are racist but even if you complain you might get in trouble because it is old people club type of company who protect each others however some managers are nice and friendly.
