      Great place to gain knowledge. You have to put in your own effort in learning things. Great food in cafeteria and good gym

      Cons

      Not too much cons generally speaking. Not very clear career path. Sometime need to change direction and I think that's normal with dynamic companies

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      Pros

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
