      Some engineering teams are good. HR is competent. Compensation is average.

      Cons

      Most engineering teams are terrible. The biggest offenders are central engineering and ASIC. Unfortunately they get to push their terrible software infrastructure and outdated practices onto the other competent teams.

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      Pros

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
