      Pay is not bad if you have allot of stock options from a company that was bought by Marvell and you were lucky or smart enough to sell them.

      Cons

      I don't think Marvell really knows what they are doing as far as technical design is concerned. just saying..

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      Pros

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
