      Pros

      Engineer oriented. Focus on product development, Lot smart peoples, Flexible working environment. We like the food provided by the company. You can find friendly people sometimes.

      Cons

      Lot dictatorship from top. Manager tend to focus on how to please their boss which is a hard job too. It is easier job for manager since you only need to please the top. Company did do survey, however it seems just for a formality.

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      Pros

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
