Incompetent upper management as evidenced by failure in mobile space, inability to retain a CFO, and recent accounting irregularities. Inability to grow due to lack of scale and inability of management to delegate authority. Questionable ethics and business practices at the top. Industry is consolidating but no one would want to buy this piece of trash.
