      Pros

      - Cafeteria is good but you need to pay - gym is great - workload is low, no deadlines.

      Cons

      - The company is too cheap. Pay is low, they tried to save every penny from employees - The high-level management is not transparent, the decision maker is not doing a good job, made the company's future unclear - Absolutely NO culture and value. - Some teams are really hard to work with.

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      Pros

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
