      Pros

      Amazing benefits and many opportunities for growth. If you ever got sick of your job (I cant imagine, but it happens) and wanted a change of pace, you don't even have to leave the company. They will happily help you transfer to a new team and develop new skills for you to be successful. Hybrid work conditions means you still get human interaction but can work from home as well.

      None I can think of.

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      Pros

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
