Engineering focused Great opportunity to do many things and solve problems (esp in SOC team) Streamlined communication and collaboration between groups Very little bureaucracies in such a large company Superb IT support Nice cafeteria with good food Nice gym facilities and classes

Compared to smaller/startup companies, the scope of your job responsibilities is narrower. You may feel bored here if you worked at smaller companies before. If you are in SOC team, then you don't get to much design and focus on taping out chips. If you are in IP team, then you focus on small block and need to support different versions for different chips
