      Good synergy among cross functional teams with supportive management teams. Work can be accomplished through bottom up or top down without over stepping others.

      Cons

      Very globalized company with many international sites. Coordinating meetings, especially in urgent situations can be quite challenging.

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
