Management Getting Worse - Analog Design Engineer Marvell Technology Employee Review

1. A LOT of org changes. Too many management roles are being hired and eveytime someone tries to pretend they accomplished something in their new position, the actual work done by engineers are disrupted. 2. Engineers are leaving, new hires are not ramping up - there is no technical orientation. Only orientation is from HR. 3. RTO - this is not about right or wrong or training new hires. This is about market. There are other jobs in the market that does not require five days in office. 4. Working across ridiculous time zones, meeting with Italy and Singapore in addition to US work hours 5. Constant CAD/IT issues. Poor CAD tool/design flow documentation.
