Pros
Good carrier growth. Worked in algorithm design for latest technology. Good working environment and team members. Most of your work will go into hardware and put to use real time.
Cons
Lot of changes are happening internally. Did not get any feedback from employee but changes are happening without worrying about employee. Got the feeling that higher management doesn't care who stays and who leaves.
