      You will be too busy with doing mundane work if you dont put extra effort on to take advantage of the accessibility that gain. And there is lot of dynamism from past few years.

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
