Pros

If you want to work 6 days a week at 70 hours plus work here. If you are a yes man who will do what you are told and not think differently you can work here. Are you weak and have terrible leadership. Then this is the place for you. Hard to get fired if a minority due to potential lawsuits.

Cons

6 days a week. 70 hours+. Marvin has 5 values and does NOT live them. They WILL threaten you. They will abuse you. They do not care about you. They might not even know your name. Management is terrible. They are looking for yes men. If you rollover and take it then work here. The door simply revolves here as people come in and leave. 7 out of 10 people leave here. They fire good talent. The keep the underperformers. Hire immigrants to pay less and get subsidized by the government.

Pros

Fantastic! Work-life balance was great.

Cons

Upper level management could be wishy-washy on decision making.

Pros

Good benefits, company values, and employees are considered when big decisions are made. There's opportunities for labor share and travel to other locations. It is family owned and while we don't see them often, they make you feel seen and that you matter. There's a nurse who is easy to talk to and actually cares. There have been a lot of changes in HR but its for the better. Lots of opportunities to learn new things and grow. We also got a new parking lot which was much needed since the plant has grown.

Cons

Mandatory overtime on Saturdays, but has gotten better. Not much visibility from the safety department on second and third shift unless its early afternoon on second shift - or - the last couple hours on third shift. There's four safety specialists here and they all mostly work during business hours, so unless you catch them before they leave its difficult to address anything. There's a safety committee but it can be difficult to get an actual person from the safety department because of their working hours.
