Pros

It's a very positive High place customer service jobs, it gives you to be ability to have flexibility work with customers face-to-face and build great relationships, also it gives you the ability to build customer service skills and develop leadership skill that's the part I love about it there's always growth and opportunity to be better.

Cons

The downside of working with Mary Kay is that consultants are put in a position to grow and a lot of them are not willing to grow and expand to be better then they are. That's a part of the leadership side that's challenging.

The people who are left are lovely

Cons

You are expected to perform outside your job description. Promotions are nearly impossible. Layoffs are now part of the culture. The "pink bubble" only applies to you when they need you. Once they declare you disposable, their attitude towards you drastically changes. When you get laid off, their package is pittance.
