Pros
You are in control of your schedule and I certainly have a lot of fun meeting and making friends with wonderful ladies. Plus, the make-up and sales perks are absolutely divine. There are plenty of incentives for doing your best and getting other ladies to become part of the Mary Kay dream.
Cons
The only con is that you have to start on your own. The clients are not given to you, so it's certainly not for those who are shy.
