Pros
At the corporate HQ, people are friendly, culture is focused on enriching women, company is doing well, especially outside the US, and customers are loyal to the high quality products. Great employee benefits, health insurance, etc.
Cons
Company is changing from a US centric mindset to a multinational or global perspective, which causes some stress as best ideas are now coming from all over the world, not just from the headquarters in Dallas. Plus, different countries have differing needs, so that also adds other levels of complexity.
