Pros
Positive culture among coworkers. Fosters a team atmosphere. Very courteous in how they conduct business with each other, despite the heavy work loads and long hours.
Cons
Not competitive pay. Can make $10s of thousands more elsewhere doing same job, same amount of work. Also they seem very diverse at first until you realize that their entire executive team thinks like an old white man (and there CEO is actually an old white man). So you might see people of color in management roles but it’s because they tow the traditional, conservative, risk-averse line that controls Mary Kay.
