      Wonderful leadership training for women. Opportunities are unlimited. You meet incredible women that teach by example and want to share the knowledge they have gained through their businesses.

      Not everyone that is involved with this company operates by the same standards that Mary Kay Ash established and operated by. The company needs to update to embrace new technology.

      -Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

      Cons

      -Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
