      Pros

      I've been working for Mary Kay now for almost 5 years. It's good because you can be your own boss. I love the local meetings, they have such inspiration and cheerful attitudes all around.

      Cons

      There is really no downside, except for the wait... waiting for customers to contact you with an order... otherwise, no bad side

      -Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

      Cons

      -Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
