Pros
Training, Tools, Vehicle, Ipad, Work Phone, and Gas Card provided. Most of the people you'll meet are nice. Insurance is amazing which can make a big difference in some peoples lifes.
Cons
There are so many issues with the AT&T side of things that everything becomes a nightmare. With the piece rate, you can potentially make a lot of money but could very easily make less than optimal. You get paid for all work done but not at the rate you could have. The physical install is the easy part, trying to get everything to work afterwards is the nightmare. A 4 hr job can easily turn into a 6-7 hr ordeal when you have to SmartChat in; in some situations it could go longer. Most days arent bad but its hard to be home at a certain time, one day could end at 4, another it could end at 11:30.
