-Leadership at the higher ranks don't really want to lead. They are fat cats who are pursuing their own self-interested needs: making more money - leaving the Technicians behind. -Executive leadership gets rid of people who want to make a difference and keep directors and VPs who either keep their mouths shut or become executive leadership's robots. Work here if you like old school thinking, otherwise, it's not the place for you. -No collaboration. Very siloed departments only looking out for themselves.
