Pros
Good pay and benefits. I always felt appreciated the company did give me a few rewards for doing well in my performance. Opportunities for growth I got promoted to back up office lead position. Always provided us with the materials and technology that we needed in order to succeed.
Cons
Hard to get in contact with management. When I was on working with clients alone it was difficult to get a hold od management in general when I needed feedback on a decision I had to make.
