Pros
Not any Pros for this company, per se, but the wireless telecommunications industry is an emerging technology driven industry that will be around for many years. So, if this company survives, and you can survive working for them, you could hope for a long but stress-filled tenure.
Cons
Poor work environment and conditions, extremely poor leadership and management at market level. Many of market level managers are lacking in leadership skills. They were promoted to leadership roles based on personal relationships. Unethical treatment of employees, few opportunities for promotion, little or no training or mentoring, sink or swim and CYA mentality, long hours, and low pay. Promotions awarded based on relationships, not merit, most promotions appointed without posting job and giving employees equal opportunity to be considered. High employee turnover rate, i.e., in 6+ years, I've had 6 market directors.
