This is definitely a who you know and not what you know company as far as advancement goes. Upper management is an HR nightmare. Publicly humiliating, degrading employees and vendors. No room for advancement with this company. They have hired the Starbucks girl and advanced her. She was real pretty. They have hired their personal trainer from the gym and advanced them. But advance seasoned veterans and the people that keep the business going and profitable, why would they do that? Put idiots into management and keep the doers underneath you to make you look good. One meeting, I watched the manager through a bottle in someones face. They use foul language make cultural and sexual comments. Don't try to call HR, they are their friend. If only the owner Oscar new. You know the guy that was on undercover boss. Too bad they didn't go where they are needed on these shows to show the real travesty in the work place.
