Pros

Some hard working managers. Great, trusting CEO in Jose Mas. A person who cares and demands optimal performance by seeking fixable issues and addressing. This is synonymous with my career goals.

Cons

Departments are very territorial and does not work well with field which creates underperformance. When field attempts to alert of fixable issues to make the program better and speaks up, they are chastised. New top satellite executives have done a terrible job bringing together Satellite and Security in expectations, communication, planning and goals. In additional they allow AT&T to dictate on internal issues.

Pros

Nothing at all. It's all listed in the cons.

Cons

We were sold off to them from Optimum. Quickly trying to become the worst company in America to work for. They took away our vacation. Our sick time. Our personal time. They took away holidays. Now they are saying that working a holiday is mandatory unless you asked it off 2 weeks before it (they gave notice of that less than a week before it). They monitor wherever you are, doing whatever, soon as that truck moves. You aren't allowed to backup. If you call in two times in a 90 day period, you're in trouble. If it gets to 8 times (the last call in continues it on) you're fired. They overwork you because they are "behind" and you're just expected to work later. We're expected to do more and for less. They even denied our merit raises saying they didn't believe in them. They don't care about your family and wanting to see them. To be able to spend time outside of work. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT!
