Good pay, decent benefits, opportunity for advancement, you can highlight your talents and really make a difference where you are needed, and there are fun events for employees.
Cons
Temp to hire position does not guarantee permanent employment, but everyone generally does well, so it isn't difficult if you work hard. The work can seem repetitive, but working with your team makes the work load easier, and fun.
