Pros
Your co-workers can be great. If you work your butt off for six days a week, you can make decent money.
Cons
Management does not care about you or your safety. They care about the minimum required to keep lawsuits off them. They refuse to pay for the time that you spend going to your first job, and coming home from your last one. The pay is not fair for the amount of work you do. I can and have spent 12 hours a day working just to make $50, because you're paid by the amount of jobs you close. Their training is very minimal. The trainers have no incentive to train you properly, so when you're out on your own, good luck knowing what to do. The routing system is abominable. I have wasted hours every day just commuting to and from jobs they put on me. I can have three jobs all within 15 minutes of each other, and one that's an hour and a half drive away.
