Pros
Health insurance is good and great if you love to drive around
Cons
They'll cut back your hours and then management will actually laugh at you when complain how you're no longer able to make rent. And with the erratic hours good luck balancing another job to help out. They've also refused to schedule me for the day due to having too many hours when in fact, I actually missed a day that week, no chance of having overtime whatsoever. Your pay is based solely on sales and a flat rate for each job you do that day, management only scraped together 2 the day they failed to schedule me. Oh and a quick Google search shows they've had lawsuits for not paying overtime. Pay is based on piecework and its only$23 per job with commission based on installations. You also receive commission on sales but good luck trying to sell their products.
