Pros

Potential to make good money

Cons

You name it. They require 60+ hours a week. They are always "functioning" at emergency level and scrambling. All new upper management makes uninformed decisions on how to operate without knowing the consequences or bothering to ask the employees that could offer insight on better processes with lowered negative impacts. No appreciation for people who have experience with the company and have useful knowledge that is gained only over time. Their solution is always to bring in someone new at a high level to bark orders without knowing processes. In my 20+ years in the workforce, I have never seen a company so poorly run. It is always in total chaos, and most everyone is trying to fake like they know what is going on... and the people who actually do know are never heard. They should have their doors shut. Sexism is rampant. People are literally cussed and yelled at and told they are stupid loudly and publicly by management. Lazy people who talk big game and do no work get promoted. People who work hard and care about the company either burn out, leave from frustration, or get fired for no reason. It is that ridiculous. If you go to work here, just plan on using high-school social skills, being dishonest and ignoring any desire to do quality work. That's the only way you will succeed with this company.

Pros

Nothing at all. It's all listed in the cons.

Cons

We were sold off to them from Optimum. Quickly trying to become the worst company in America to work for. They took away our vacation. Our sick time. Our personal time. They took away holidays. Now they are saying that working a holiday is mandatory unless you asked it off 2 weeks before it (they gave notice of that less than a week before it). They monitor wherever you are, doing whatever, soon as that truck moves. You aren't allowed to backup. If you call in two times in a 90 day period, you're in trouble. If it gets to 8 times (the last call in continues it on) you're fired. They overwork you because they are "behind" and you're just expected to work later. We're expected to do more and for less. They even denied our merit raises saying they didn't believe in them. They don't care about your family and wanting to see them. To be able to spend time outside of work. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT!
