Pros
I was given opportunities to move forward within the company, although the determinations were prearranged by upper management and not truly voted upon like the position was portrayed.
Cons
There was no personal time, it was all consumed with work. Even as a technician I work between 60-80 hr wk. No recognition for successful implementations of directives (there was always some new directive being given), and no recognition of any accomplishments within the workplace. There was talk of teamwork, although it was discouraged by upper management. The company involved lots of closed door politics, although decisions were portrayed to the employees that they had been voted upon by office personnel and/or the technician force. Policies were not enforced for favorite employees. Write ups were given to select employees, not to everyone. Employees were regarded as liars, any situation that involved a customer's word against an employee's; was typically sided with the customer.
