      Pros

      Free cable, decent compensation/benefit package, overtime can be an added benefit if you do not like your life or have a family you love

      Cons

      the hardest part of this position is keeping yourself motivated with the amount of data entry that is expected. Tasks are repetitive which makes the day extremely boring. New tasks that are assigned consist of more data entry. No room for advancement or opportunity to learn new skills. Beware....there are no deadlines which account for tons of errors and requires long hours. If you are not part of the majority culture expect to be isolated unless you have the "go along to get along" mentality. Office politics are an ongoing practice with management.

      Nothing at all. It's all listed in the cons.

      We were sold off to them from Optimum. Quickly trying to become the worst company in America to work for. They took away our vacation. Our sick time. Our personal time. They took away holidays. Now they are saying that working a holiday is mandatory unless you asked it off 2 weeks before it (they gave notice of that less than a week before it). They monitor wherever you are, doing whatever, soon as that truck moves. You aren't allowed to backup. If you call in two times in a 90 day period, you're in trouble. If it gets to 8 times (the last call in continues it on) you're fired. They overwork you because they are "behind" and you're just expected to work later. We're expected to do more and for less. They even denied our merit raises saying they didn't believe in them. They don't care about your family and wanting to see them. To be able to spend time outside of work. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT!
