Pros
Get to dispatch from home, they pay is good and we are still hourly even thats going to change to peace rate, no other pros as far as I can think.
Cons
Worst company to work for, they make you work long hours which means no personal time for yourself or family, you work 6 days a week with only Sunday off which I'm sure it's because by law they have to give you a day out of the week or else I wouldn't doubt they would make us work all 7 days, management is horrible we got no In house promotions, they hire managers from God knows where to run and manage a market, travel time between jobs are on average an hour away, you have to work atleast 12 hours a day or until there's no more work so occasionally 14-16 hours a day, and make sure you wake up again the next morning on time or they will write you up. My advice to anyone considering a job here is please don't unless you don't want a personal life. Oh by the way when your in the interview process they promise a set schedule to work only 4 days 10 hour shifts and as soon as your in the field they flip the story and tell you it's the nature of the business and if you don't like it quit, this happened to more than a few new hires
