Pros
There is a decent work-life balance. There are a lot of learning and development opportunities for employees. Many positions have growth opportunities,
Cons
Benefits are subpar. For a company of this size, you would expect the benefits to be top notch, with low premiums and great coverage. The benefits are the exact opposite of that. No employee should see their insurance premiums skyrocket year over year after being told by management that they would find a way to reduce premiums going forward. There are some in leadership who take the time to understand you and your career goals and strive to help you get there. There are others who are more concerned with the price tag that comes with an employee growing. Unfortunately, the latter group has the final say-so, and growth ends up being stalled or non-existent.
