      Pros

      I couldn't ask for a better place to work. I love the work that I do each and every day. I have found that the leadership team is open to different ideas. My Manager encourages us to look for ways to improve processes and build capabilities throughout the organization. I love that personal and professional growth is supported and encouraged.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of positive changes throughout the organization - but it is still change. I see some that struggle with so much change in a relatively short time period. Getting my arms around all of the changes with my role has been a challenge, but one that I have enjoyed so far.

      Pros

      - Organization cares about people - Great benefits - Solid internal communication across leadership to employee base- knowledge and functional alignment of strategic priorities - Opportunities to work with many talented individuals including at business units - Collaborative & inclusive group, focused on continuous improvement

      Cons

      Working in a decentralized/center-led environment can sometimes be challenging due to the added complexity. However, there is a well-established approach and culture that allows you to navigate effectively.

      Pros

      Great teams, coworkers, some flexibility although that seems to be changing.

      Cons

      Health insurance is fair at best, decent salaries, upper management says the right things, but doesn’t necessarily follow through. Leadership tends to look the same (male, older, old school).
