There are very few reasons why you would want to work at Mascon. Its a small unit, especially in the US, so it is a close knit community. There are some that do try hard. This company is alive because of small group of very talented and hard-working individuals.

Many . You may not get paid for months. You may find your 401k contributions weren't being sent to the 401k provider. You may find promised bonuses getting lost.
