Thanks for your feedback. I spoke with your manager and they said your advice to management, as far as training, is fair. This is on the top of his priority list for the upcoming fiscal year. He has already discussed it with (UCaaS), (Security), (Product Training), and (Systems Training). They all have agreed to schedule time for this in the upcoming year. As far as communications, he has asked that you provide specific examples to respond to. Additionally with quarterly All Hands meetings, our ONE Team and company activities almost every month HR would also like to hear any suggestions for this as well.
