Pros
Industry structure and employee passion. The industry lends itself to allowing this company to be a leader and it should be able to be highly profitable and create large shareholder returns. There is a large employee population that are passionate about the company and go above and beyond, with very limited resources and support, to keep the company performing as well as it does.
Cons
Executive management and senior leaders of the company make short term decisions to cut costs, while simultaneously saying (internally and externally) that they make decisions for the long term, not on a quarterly basis. The executives hold themselves to a different standard than they expect from the levels below them -- regarding work ethic, travel, expenses and transparency/truth. Their egos appear to come in to play quite frequently, putting the company valuation in jeopardy.
