Pros
Pay was good. I worked with some smart people who did great work.
Cons
I don’t know if this is the same at the corporate level, but at the plant level we had poor management, favoritism, lack of training and no work life balance. They hire people but people won’t stay long enough to learn enough to really make a difference. Or they won’t hire in departments that really need help. If they like you, they will bend over backwards for you. If they don’t like you, forget getting anywhere in your career. This comment came from multiple people - from people who had been there most of their careers to people who had been there a few months. The turnover is huge for both office and manufacturing employees. If I hadn’t had positive interactions with people at the corporate level, my ratings would have been lower.
