-MGH/BWH/McLean merger has led to a lot of internal disorganization shrouded in a lack of a transparency, non-sensical decision making, and a stubborn refusal to acknowledge the realities of living in a VHCOL city while working for effectively decreasing pay when inflation is taken into account. -Ineffectual and disempowered administration -Parking is not reimbursed -Constant office turnover is disruptive to efficient workflow -Upper management is more interested in shelling out platitudes and empty 'thank you's' than actually constructively working towards solutions to improve faculty wellness, reduce staff turnover, and help faculty actually feel like their hard work is valued
