Pros
The pros of working at Partners are the obvious, very smart people, engaging workforce and people who truly care about what they're doing. There's mobile work for those groups that allow it, and there's never been a time where I was denied PTO. They're flexible with new-moms and are allowing of doctors appointments, etc...
Cons
Management is horrible. When there's lack of clarity for a group, the individual employees not only see a lack of opportunity but also of trust directed to the people who report to them. To determine what is at fault, there should be more internal review and upwards criticism to those on the top.
