Company needs a lot of work to improve employee relations/diversity - Senior Project Specialist Mass General Brigham Employee Review

Employees that don't have the skills to lead are allowed to stay because they have worked there for many years. Managers are allowed to bully employees. There is little diversity. HR/Employee Relations really should pay attention to the employees that leave and figure out what is going on.
