Forced to work Over time. Not enough staff to see patients, patients getting pushed for days . Unable to obtain wound care supplies to care for patients. Added work monthly and no adjustments in work schedule or for increased acuity of patients. Lack of education in the field for clinicians. No wound care Nurse or IV nurse in the field to assist clinicians or patients. Management is not visible and they do not care at all what is going on. They stopped the company and management survey. over worked and under payed. it has been a slow decline over the last 2-3 years since new management took over and not for the better.
