      Amazingly organized, incredible benefits Incredible HR staff and onboarding program. Partners has clearly given a lot of thought on how to make their employees happy and productive.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay. Somewhat dated practices. Sometimes there is extensive politics that impede getting the job done.
