Downhill, cliquey, bureaucratic, sense of entitlement - Financial Analyst Mass General Brigham Employee Review

Low pay, a plethora of unqualified and entitled managers (you know who you are), unhelpful and non-existent HR, very silo'd and cliquey between departments and managers, benefits get worse every year, measly merit increases (2%....). Very bureaucratic and hard to rise up as well, and this is because of unqualified management and the nature of the industry. Nobody seems driven here due to the low pay raises and the non-profit type of business it is.
