Pros
Partners is a good place to work. I have been here for over 6 years. My work is interesting and I like what I do. Some nice features - good HR benefits and good work/life balance. I feel my dept knows work is important but values people also. I definitely like I'm part of a team.
Cons
My dept has changed over the years and the culture really depends on the managers on staff. Like anywhere, there can be conflicts with challenging people, inexperienced managers, etc., but overall, it's a good place to work. One other thing is that the compensation is not as good as other healthcare IS companies/hospitals for the same job/role/tasks.
