-Extreme micro-management -HR is extremely hard to reach and unresponsive. -Supervisors that bully employees and excercise favoritism -Large company but very little room to grow in many departments, many people choose to move on to other companies in healthcare -The company states it supports employee growth,however, there are very little resources for employees to get the support they need. -Time off policies are strict, generally you do not have sick-time or vacation time, its condolidated in your "paid time off earnings" .National holidays are deducted from your earned paid time off as well. -Pay is not so great; pay is under market -Extreme revolving door, employees come and go very quickly beacuse of the office culture and management
