      Benefits are top notch Installing Epic Health Systems Work/Life Balance is very good, but depends on your manager

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth or innovation on the IS side Heading into Operational Mode when Epic install is complete, therefore current roles will change and there is potential for downsizing in the future
