A large organization that encourages employee growth and personal development.

Cons

Size of the organization often makes simple tasks difficult to accomplish. Tuition reimbursement is not competitive with other organizations in the market so if you are considering continuing education do not expect generous reimbursement. Average annual 2% merit increase is below the annual increase in cost of living.

The staff was incredibly supportive, and you can tell that they really care about their work. The workplace environment is very collaborative.

Cons

The job can be very sedentary, but there are also days where you also need to travel to multiple locations.
